LandlordInvest's IFISA is mentioned by The Times

24 Mar 2017

The Times recently published an article entitled "Support innovation — back new companies" mentioning LandlordInvest's property-backed IFISA and quoting our CEO, Filip Karadaghi:

"Filip Karadaghi, the managing director of LandlordInvest, which provides an Innovative Finance Isa offering returns of up to 12 per cent from its buy-to-let loans, says investors may mainly be driven by the rate on offer, but platforms such as his provide another element of security through a charge being held on the property.

He says: “Secured lending is more appealing than unsecured, given the possibility to recover capital in the event of default. Some investors might not realise the importance of the loan security until a default occurs.”
