New feature: loan status tab

We are pleased to announce another new addition to the loan marketplace, the 'Status' tab.

 

This tab gives an overview of active loans. Investors can easily see the status of all active loans, alongside other information such as the loan amount, rate, and expected maturity date.

 

Averages are shown for the loan amount, LTV and rates of the active loans in the table below. LTV and rate are weighted averages.
