Our Innovative Finance ISA statistics

13 Feb 2017 - Comment

Here at LandlordInvest we take a keen interest in data, whether it be financial, market trends, usage statistics. Today we take a look at some usage statistics from our Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA).

The IFISA account is proving very popular with 22.4% of our registered investors having already opened one.

An average IFISA investor has deposited £2,404 into their account, vs £1,945 for Standard accounts - nearly £500 more.

But it's how the demographics break down that offers a particularly interesting insight into the audience. 32% of our Standard accounts are registered to investors living in London, whereas only 21.4% of IFISA accounts are.

This attests to the IFISA's appeal amongst a broader profile of investor.

Our IFISA statistics are available here.

To find out more about our property-backed IFISA, please see our dedicated IFISA page available here.
