The property-backed Innovative Finance ISA has arrived

We announced a few days that we have launched our anticipated property-backed Innovative Finance ISA (IFISA). It the first IFISA that is backed by residential properties, one of the UK’s best performing asset classes.

LandlordInvest’s property-backed IFISA lets savers invest up to £15,240 in the current tax year (rising to £20,000 in the next tax year) in peer-to-peer loans secured by residential property, and with the ability to earn tax-free returns between 5-12% per annum. However, please keep in mind that with higher returns, comes higher risk and please ensure that you read our Risk Warnings prior to investing.
