Client’s circumstances: The client, a professional London based property investor, had the opportunity to acquire the property below market value in Harrow, London, and required a quick completion and high leverage.

The result: The client was not able to repay the loan in time due to not being able to sell the property within the provided time frame. LandlordInvest understood the client’s situation and extended the loan for a further 3 months which provided the client with sufficient time to exit the loan.
