Refinancing a professional landlord

Bridging loan | First charge | Mid-terrace | London

Client’s circumstances: A repeat customer of LandlordInvest needed to refinance a defaulted loan that was obtained from an established bridging lender and secured over one of his properties in East London. The high street lender was dragging out completion of the loan refinancing and the client instead approached LandlordInvest to solve the refinancing.

LandlordInvest’s service: LandlordInvest provided a 12 month, £280,000 first charge loan at an LTV of 70.0% within a week after receiving the enquiry.

The result: The 12 month provided the client enough time to refinance with a commercial lender and repay LandlordInvest’s loan prior to maturity.
