Client’s circumstances: A founder and owner of an Italian restaurant group was looking to complete a refurbishment in one of his award-winning Central London restaurants. All the client’s other assets were encumbered and the client was only able to offer his North London home as security.

LandlordInvest’s service: LandlordInvest was able to provide a 12-month, £351,511 second charge loan at an LTV of 56.3%.

The result: The loan allowed the client to refurbish the restaurant and the 12-month period was enough for the client to refinance the loan with another lender and repay the loan before its maturity.
