If you no longer have access to the device on which you set up Two Factor authentication, you will not be able to login to LandlordInvest.
If you chose to use the Authy app and enabled backups, install the app again on a new device and follow the process for recovering a lost account. If you used Google Authenticator, there is no recovery process.
In the event you cannot regain access to your device, or complete a recovery process, please contact us.
